The NN Residence was designed in the mountainous area of Lythrodontas, in the Nicosia district. It is a single-storey home, characterized by its sloped roofs on the front façade, creating a dynamic contrast between the angles of the house and the garage roofs.

The residence is built using local materials, including natural stone, roof tiles, and earthy color tones, allowing it to blend harmoniously with its surroundings.
